Service fees
The service fee for each application is $110.00 U.S. This fee is in addition to the eVisa fee charged by the foreign ministry which is calculated based on the type of passport the traveler holds and the documents submitted. After submission, the foreign ministry will review your application and materials and may request additional materials or a personal appearance if necessary. Please allow a minimum of 4 business days for processing. 24 hours processing is at the discretion of the foreign ministry. Should 24 hour processing be an option and granted by the foreign ministry, a same-day fee of $40.00 U.S. will apply. Please see terms and conditions for more processing details.

Terms and Conditions for eVisa Assistance Services
1. Scope of Services:
I, Erick Hernandez, will assist you in completing the online eVisa application on your behalf. Erick Hernandez responsibility is to ensure that the application is accurately completed based on the information you provide in the questionnaire.2. Client Responsibility:
You, as the client, are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the questionnaire. Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information you provide may result in delays or denial of the eVisa application.3. Personal Appearance Requirement:
Please be aware that the foreign ministry of each government has the discretion to request a personal appearance from you directly at the local embassy or consulate. This may be necessary for the processing of a stamp visa or eVisa application. Therefore, it is crucial that you do not purchase airline tickets or book hotels until your eVisa has been approved.4. Denial of Entry:
Foreign immigration authorities reserve the right to deny entry into their country for any reason, even if your eVisa application is approved. Erick Hernandez is not responsible for any consequences that arise from denied entry, including but not limited to travel disruptions, additional costs, or legal implications.5. eVisa Fees:
The eVisa consular fees charged by the foreign ministry to grant and issue your eVisa is in addition to Erick Hernandez - Online eVisa service fee. Please note that the eVisa consular fee is non-refundable. Once the application is submitted, you will not be entitled to a refund for any visa fees paid, regardless of the outcome of your eVisa application.6. Limitation of Liability:
While I, Erick Hernandez will assist you to the best of my ability, I, Erick Hernandez cannot guarantee the approval of your eVisa application or entry into the country of destination. I, Erick Hernandez liability is limited to the services rendered in assisting you in accurately completing the online eVisa application based on the information you provided.7. Agreement for Sharing Personal Information and Receiving Communications
By submitting your personal information through Google Forms, You/Traveler/Contact: Consent to the electronic sharing of Your/Travelers/Contact personal identifiable information (PII) with Erick Hernandez. Furthermore, You/Traveler/Contact grant Erick Hernandez the right to send communications and updates via email. This consent remains in effect until revoked by you/traveler/contact in writing8. Agreement to Terms:
By engaging Erick Hernandez - Online eVisa services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
