Service fees
For most e-visa applications the service fee is $200.00 U.S. This fee is in addition to the eVisa fee charged by the foreign ministry which is calculated based on the type of visa requested Example - 30-day, One year, 5 year...etc.
Please note While all e-visa applications require detail attention for accuracy. The Indian e-visa application takes this process to a higher level and this process is highly detailed and complex, requiring careful attention to accuracy to ensure successful processing. Due to the thoroughness needed, this application typically takes longer to complete compared to other eVisa applications. To reflect the additional time and effort involved, a service fee of $300.00 is charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing accurate information to facilitate a smooth application process.
A payment transaction fee of 3.9% will be applied to all processing fees.
In most cases processing will take 4-7 business days, however the foreign ministry will make the final decision on the actual release date of your eVisa. In case your eVisa is issued earlier than expected, you will not incur any extra charges.
Visa Research fee is $65.00 U.S. Per traditional visa search.

Denial of Entry:
Foreign immigration authorities reserve the right to deny entry into their country for any reason, even if your eVisa application is approved. ethernandez.com is not responsible for any consequences that arise from denied entry, including but not limited to travel disruptions, additional costs, or legal implications.5. eVisa Fees:
The eVisa consular fees charged by the foreign ministry to grant and issue your eVisa is in addition to ethernandez.com - Online eVisa service fee. Please note that the eVisa consular fee is non-refundable. Once the application is submitted, you will not be entitled to a refund for any visa fees paid, regardless of the outcome of your eVisa application. An international bank transition fee may apply.6. Research Fee:
The Visa research fee is charged for the service of researching and obtaining traditional visa requirements directly from the foreign ministries of the countries specified in your research form.
